2. Service Description

URLtoFunnel is an AI-powered platform that generates affiliate marketing funnels, including landing pages, email sequences, social media content, video scripts, bonus stacks, and traffic strategies. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you're unsatisfied, contact producthubreview@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

  • URLtoFunnel and its branding, code, and design are our intellectual property.
  • The marketing content generated by the Service (landing page copy, emails, social posts, video scripts, etc.) is yours to use for your affiliate marketing activities.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service itself without an Agency plan subscription that includes white-label rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

URLtoFunnel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or earnings from using the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or commissions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service to generate deceptive or harmful content. Upon termination, your saved funnels stored in your browser localStorage remain in your control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
